1. Your voluntary participation in the NETPMSA Speakers Bureau has been
brought to my attention. The four speeches on the future of U.S. Naval Aviation
which you presented to civilian groups in the past three months have been
informative and well received.
2. The speeches, given on your own time after normal working hours, have
provided excellent support for the overall Navy Community Relations Program in
the Pensacola area. Your actions have reflected credit upon the naval service and
particularly commands within the Pensacola naval complex, and have been in the
spirit of the President’s program for provision of services and communications to
the public.
3. Your extra effort on behalf of the NETPMSA Speakers Bureau and the
Community Relations Program is appreciated.
