8. Execution.
a. This plan will be implemented upon receipt, within existing DoD and
Department of the Navy guidance (public affairs regulations, release of information,
etc.).
b. This plan is unclassified, and all actions taken to implement it will be
unclassified.
c. Direct communication among commands, public affairs offices and local
civilian organizations is encouraged.
d. This program will terminate and the plan will be canceled upon the direction
of the Secretary of the Navy.
